Company DescriptionKeith McNally Restaurant GroupRole DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in New York, NY. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and preparing budgets and forecasts. The role also includes overseeing accounts payable and receivable, conducting audits, and providing financial insights to senior management.Responsibilities include:Reconcile daily sales to settlementsBank reconciliationsMaintain general ledger and ensuring all financial transactions within the company are accounted forAR and AP reconciliationsIntercompany reconciliationsMaintain prepaid expenses and accrualsWeekly payroll journal entriesAssist with month-end close processAssist the controller as neededQualificationsExperience in preparing and analyzing financial statements and managing accounting operations.Proficiency in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, preparing budgets, and forecasts.Strong skills in overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and conducting audits.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in accounting software and tools.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Working knowledge of GAAPAdvanced Excel experience a mustRestaurant365 or Compeat experience a plusPrior hospitality experience strongly preferredPlease send your resume as a PDF attachment to rchristiani@balthazarny.com and mlankoande@balthazarny.comCompensation: $85K/yr-$100K/yr
