Job Description Job Title: Labeling Specialist / Label Design AnalystLocation: Plymouth, MN (100% On-Site, Monday–Friday)Duration: 1-Year Contract (with conversion or extensions)Rate: $25 – $27/hr (W2)Benefits: 401(k) with 4% company matchPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Labeling Specialist to support labeling and UDI (Unique Device Identification) activities within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for creating, modifying, and managing product labels and associated documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory, quality, and medical device requirements. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience working in regulated environments, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and modify product labels and labeling materials in accordance with established design formats and regulatory requirementsManage labeling and UDI change processes within document management systemsProcess documentation change orders to create or revise labeling contentAnalyze and resolve labeling and UDI inconsistencies to meet project timelines and compliance requirementsManage UDI master data and workflows through internal IT systemsPerform analysis and audits of labeling and UDI data to support regulatory complianceEngage and collaborate with cross-functional project teams (local and remote) to support labeling needsFacilitate end-user training and assist in resolving business and technical issuesAnalyze and interpret large data sets and identify corrective actionsSupport Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), RDA, and worldwide regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and operating proceduresRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree highly preferred(Associate's degree acceptable with 5+ years of labeling experience)2–5 years of relevant experienceExperience working in a regulated environment (manufacturing, quality, medical device, etc.)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent deadlines and shifting prioritiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and in team-based environmentsPreferred QualificationsLabel design experience using Loftware, Bartender, and/or enLabelExperience with document control systems, particularly WindchillDesign experience using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and/or PhotoshopManufacturing or medical device environment experiencePortfolio demonstrating labeling or design work
