Bartender

Fun Depot’s newest addition Cordial, is looking to fill FOH positions! We are in need of Bartenders and Servers. If you would like to be a part of something new and fun, this job is for you. Positive attitudes and friendly personalities only! You must be able and willing to learn, follow direction and work as a team.A bartender at Cordial needs to be ready to be on center stage! Your skills and knowledge need to be available at all times to quickly serve and prepare drinks for your guests at the bar and throughout the restaurant. Daily cleaning and organizing of the bar and products are required to ensure you and your fellow employees are stocked and ready for consistent service. You will also need to know all food items and signature cocktails. Bartender Requirements: At least 2 years of bar experience Energetic and friendly Ability to remain calm under pressure Ability to walk or stand for longer periods of time Organized and able to multitask Maintain a positive and professional approach to coworkers and customers Responsibilities include: Answer phone and take to-go orders Ability to make menu suggestions and upsell Ability to accurately take orders and enter them into the POS Ability to collect payments and keep a cash drawer accurate Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and holidays Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and all related supplies and garnishes Serve food items to guests seated at bar and occasionally high top tables Follow drink recipes and specifications Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays Keep coolers and storage areas clean and organized Receive and put away deliveries in proper storage areas Benefits:Accrued PTO Discounts on dining and entertainment Flexible work schedule This job description is not intended to be all inclusive.
