Supplier Quality Engineer Associate ManagerJob Number 724067BR Description: You will be the Supplier Quality Engineer Associate Manager for the LTIAMD Advanced Programs Team. Our team is responsible for supplier development across advanced programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Supplier Quality Engineer Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading a high-performing SQE team and driving supplier quality excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Supplier Quality Engineers.Coordinate early supplier engagement, evaluation, risk mapping, and source inspections.Manage recruitment, training, performance assessments, and employee recognition.Oversee root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and compliance with QMS and AS9102.Drive metrics, process improvements, and cost-saving initiatives using data analytics.Basic Qualifications:STEM degree at bachelors level or higher from an accredited college in one of the following disciplines: Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience/combined education.Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.Experience with Supplier Quality Assurance/Management.Experience performing Design/Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (D/PFMEA).Ability to interpret drawings and specifications and industry standards, GD&T.Demonstrated understanding of AS9100 Quality Management Systems.Experience with performing First Article Inspections to AS9102 requirements.Other Important Information You Should Know:Expression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
