As a Express Lube Technician, you will provide excellent customer service by identifying the needs of our customers and assisting them with selecting the right tires. You'll inspect and install tires and perform other tire-related tasks, such as tire rotation and balancing. Oil Changes and other forms of basic Maint. You will also be trained and devloped to grow into a deeper mechanical role.ResponsibilitiesProvide tire inspection to ensure safety and driveabilityPerform tire rotations and balancingOil ChangesStandard Vehicle Maint.Follow the safety procedures set forth by the companyAnswer customer inquiries and provide stellar customer serviceQualificationsSome professional experience removing and installing tires is preferredCustomer service-oriented to ensure customers are satisfied with their purchaseA high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
