This HR leader partners with operations leadership at all levels, maintains a comprehensive understanding of talent requirements and opportunities, and develops impactful strategies to recruit qualified talent to the organization.Essential FunctionsDevelops and executes comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with business objectivesPartners with leadership to understand workforce planning needs and hiring prioritiesEstablishes and monitors recruiting metrics and KPIs to measure successDrives continuous improvement of recruiting processes and candidate experienceAttends interviews to support and coach hiring managers and interview panelsOptimizes use of applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologiesLeads, mentors, and develops a team of recruiters; manages team workload and capacity planning; fosters a collaborative, high performing team cultureMaintains knowledge of sourcing best practices and develops sourcing strategies to build applicant pipelines; develops community partnerships and programs to enhance sourcing opportunities; represents Valley at career fairs and eventsCollaborates with clinical leadership to engage interns regarding career opportunitiesSupports employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization’s reputation in the talent marketManages relationships with external recruiting partners, agencies, and vendorsManages a portfolio of high-priority requisitions and focuses resources on mission-critical talent requirementsDevelops and supports processes to ensure selection quality and complianceRequirementsEducationHigh School diploma or equivalentExperienceTwo years of professional recruiting experienceLicenses/CertificatesNonePreferred QualificationsPrevious healthcare recruiting experienceSalary Description$31.26 - $35.17
