Salary: $110,000 - $170,000 per year A bit about us: Labor & Employment Associate Attorney Boston, MA (4 Days Onsite / 1 Remote) A well-established, highly respected full-service law firm in Boston is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its growing management-side employment practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a sophisticated firm with a longstanding reputation in the Boston legal market, known for delivering high-level legal counsel to businesses ranging from closely held companies to major institutions. The Role: This position will focus on representing employers in a broad range of labor & employment matters, including both advisory/counseling work and litigation. Representative matters may include: Employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims Wage & hour disputes Restrictive covenant and trade secret matters Internal workplace investigations Employee discipline, termination, and HR counseling Drafting and reviewing employment agreements, handbooks, policies, and severance agreements Agency matters before the MCAD, EEOC, and similar forums Employment litigation in state and federal court Why join us? Job Details Who They're Looking For: 2–8+ years of labor & employment experience preferred (flexible for the right person) Open to candidates from both plaintiff-side and defense-side backgrounds, provided there is a genuine desire to transition into management-side / defense representation Litigation experience is strongly preferred, but not required Strong writing, advocacy, and analytical skills Massachusetts bar admission required (or ability to waive in quickly, if applicable) Someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-accountability environment and enjoys direct client interaction Interested in hearing more?
