The Role: This position will focus on representing employers in a broad range of labor & employment matters, including both advisory/counseling work and litigation. Representative matters may include: Employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims Wage & hour disputes Restrictive covenant and trade secret matters Internal workplace investigations Employee discipline, termination, and HR counseling Drafting and reviewing employment agreements, handbooks, policies, and severance agreements Agency matters before the MCAD, EEOC, and similar forums Employment litigation in state and federal court Why join us?
