In this role, you will play a key part in improving equipment reliability, enhancing preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for the team.If you are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative industrial setting, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & ExecutionSupervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance techniciansProvide coaching, guidance, and prioritization support to maximize team effectivenessParticipate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of maintenance personnelIdentify skill gaps and partner with leadership on team development and trainingLead execution of small to medium maintenance projectsPlanning & ReliabilityDevelop detailed job plans, maintenance schedules, and technician routesUtilize CMMS to plan, track, and continuously improve work order managementImprove equipment uptime through optimized preventative maintenance (PM) programsCollaborate with production scheduling to leverage downtime and changeovers effectivelyInvestigate and prioritize maintenance requests from cross-functional teamsContinuously enhance CMMS data accuracy and utilizationSupport development of forward-looking maintenance strategies and TPM initiativesSafety & ComplianceEnsure all maintenance activities prioritize safety in planning and executionIntegrate safety protocols including LOTO, arc flash, hot work, and confined space requirementsPromote a strong safety culture across the maintenance team and plant floorCost Control & OptimizationDrive cost efficiency through effective resource allocationMinimize reliance on external contractors by maximizing internal capabilitiesCollaborate with parts/inventory teams to optimize stocking levelsDetermine cost-effective solutions while maintaining operational standardsSupport budgeting activities with the Maintenance ManagerKey Result AreasImproved equipment uptime and reliabilitySafe and compliant maintenance executionEfficient use of labor, materials, and resourcesContinuous improvement of maintenance planning systems and processesStrong team performance and developmentYou Should Have5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience in maintenance operationsProven experience with CMMS systemsStrong troubleshooting ability across mechanical and electrical systemsExperience planning and executing maintenance under safety protocols (LOTO, arc flash, etc.)Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and TeamsExcellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across teamsExperience collaborating in cross-functional environmentsNice To HaveDegree or diploma in Industrial Maintenance or a related fieldExperience in food manufacturing environments, including GMP and food safety standardsWe look forward to your application including information about your earliest possible start date and salary expectations!
