Program Analyst (Junior)

This position is a hybrid remote position in Alexandria, VA.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes the organization's strategic business needsProvide support to business managers, administrators, engineers, scientists, analysts, specialists, and/or techniciansAssists more senior personnel performing work measurement studies, program/project operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, workload change impacts, or other business-related analysesCollects information for program or project milestones, financial, acquisition, policy, quality control, maintenance, or training documentation. Training and training plansCreate workflow diagrams, mock-ups, and user stories to ensure the team and stakeholders are aligned before development beginsDefines detailed requirements, analyzes business needs, and validates solutions with the client.Prepares and submits position and information papers in response to government requirements.Other tasks as assignedQualifications RequirementsBachelor's degree in bussieness or techical related technical fieldMin 1 year of relevant focused experienceAble to obtain a Secret security clearanceDesired QualificationsExperience in Navy ERPSolid relationship builderQuality Certification (ITIL, or other)
