I’m partnered with a well-established, global MEP consulting firm that is actively growing their Charlotte office and looking to add a Mechanical Engineer (II–IV level) to their team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Design HVAC systems including load calculations, equipment selection, and system layouts
Develop construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
Support projects through construction administration and field work
Participate in QA/QC and technical design reviews
Contribute to client-facing interactions and overall project delivery
What They’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience within an MEP consulting environment
Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and building codes
EIT required, PE or on-track strongly preferred
Experience in mission critical, healthcare, or science & technology projects is a plus

Compensation
Competitive base salary + bonus
(Target range: $110K–$180K depending on experience)
