Why This Role Stands Out Work on mission critical, healthcare, and advanced technology projects Join a national team of 100+ engineers with deep technical expertise Clear path for technical growth and project leadership Hybrid schedule with half-day Fridays year-round Strong compensation, bonus potential, and full benefits What You’ll Be Doing Design HVAC systems including load calculations, equipment selection, and system layouts Develop construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders Support projects through construction administration and field work Participate in QA/QC and technical design reviews Contribute to client-facing interactions and overall project delivery What They’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience within an MEP consulting environment Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD Strong understanding of HVAC systems and building codes EIT required, PE or on-track strongly preferred Experience in mission critical, healthcare, or science & technology projects is a plus Location Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) Compensation Competitive base salary + bonus (Target range: $110K–$180K depending on experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr
