Job Title: Oracle EPBCS Functional ConsultantLocation: Hy-Brid( Bay Area, CA (or) Southern California)Job Type: ContractJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPBCS Functional Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise planning and budgeting solutions using Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate financial planning requirements into scalable cloud-based solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements for planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesDesign and configure EPBCS modules such as:FinancialsWorkforce PlanningCapital PlanningProjectsDevelop business rules, forms, dashboards, and reportsManage data integration using tools like:Data Management / Data IntegrationSmart ViewCollaborate with technical teams for integrations with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud)Perform system testing (UAT, SIT) and support deploymentsProvide end-user training and documentationTroubleshoot issues and provide ongoing application supportEnsure best practices in financial modeling and system designRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field3–8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions, specifically EPBCSStrong understanding of:Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesFinancial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)Hands-on experience with:Business rules (Calculation Manager)Smart View reportingMetadata and data managementKnowledge of integration tools (FDMEE / Data Integration)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience with other Oracle EPM tools (e.g., FCCS, ARCS)Familiarity with scripting (Groovy, basic SQL)Oracle EPM Cloud certificationsExperience in Agile/Scrum project environments
