Physical Therapist Location: Silver City, NM Agency: Clover Health Services Pay: $2,374 per week Shift Information: Evenings - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Key Responsibilities - Consult patients about physical condition. - Assess and interpret patient evaluations. - Develop individualized treatment plans. - Create fitness-oriented health care programs. - Administer prescribed physical therapy. - Coach and teach therapeutic exercises. - Use hands-on therapy (massage). - Provide injury prevention education. - Document patient care. - Comply with regulations. Certifications/Requirements - Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from APTA-accredited program required. - Physical Therapist, Licensed (PT) state licensure required. - Pass National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE). Experience - Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from APTA Commission on Accreditation. - 2,000 hours direct patient care as licensed PT within 10 years. - State licensure and passing NPTE exam required.
