Bilingual Patient Accounts Specialist

Universal Health Services - - Responsibilities: Receive and resolve first line inquiries concerning patient accounts by patients or insurance companies.; Document all internal and external inquiries concerning patient accounts including patient and third party payers.; Act as the first line of support to patient or third party payer contacting the facility with questions concerning an account or claim.; Escalate problem accounts to management team of department for assistance and resolution.; Respond within 24 hours to patient inquiry which requires research providing updates on the status or the resolution of their issue each step of the process.
