Communicate with customers to explain repairs and provide exceptional service. Assist in training junior technicians and share knowledge with team members. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in forklift technology. Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify issues accurately. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Proven experience in forklift repair and maintenance. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
