These duties may include but are not limited to the following: cleaning and taking out trash in the shop, loading or unloading materials, and using a variety of tools and machines such as paint prep equipment, forklifts, lifts, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers, etc.Duties And ResponsibilitiesMoves material around plant using a forklift and/or overhead craneMoves and stages material as scheduled for optimum efficiencyLoad and unload trucks, as neededPerform housekeeping duties in the plant, as requiredFollow standard work proceduresAdhere to all safety standardsAssist assemblers, painters, and material processingUse power tools and machinery when neededFollow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasksReport issues with equipment or unsafe conditionsMinimum Job RequirementsPrevious forklift and overhead crane experienceBending, lifting, sitting, standing for an 8 to 10-hour dayAbility to lift up to 60 lbsFamiliarity with power toolsCommunication and teamwork skillsAbility to work both in a group or independently as needed.Compensation And BenefitsHourly payHealthcare benefits - Medical, dental, vision, and more401k w/ 3% company contributionPaid vacation and holidaysProfit sharingBrechbuhler Scales, Inc. and B-TEK Scales, Inc. is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and affirmative action employer.
