Accounts Payable/Payroll Specialist

Construction industry and/or payroll experience beneficial Accounts payable invoice entry Vendor payment processing Vendor account reconciliation/inquires Manage monthly credit card expenses Process weekly union and non union payroll Complete weekly and monthly union reports Knowledge of payroll tax rules including federal, multi state and various locals Maintain employee records in payroll system Must read union contracts for hourly payroll rules and benefit computations and understand union jurisdictions Excellent communication and computer skills Knowledge of payroll tax rules including federal, multi state and various locals Complete weekly and monthly union reports Must be able to multi task in fast paced environment with constant change Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Payroll: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
