This role involves building, scaling, and maintaining complex web and back-end applications within a Microsoft technology stack.The ideal candidate has strong full-stack expertise, a proactive mindset, and experience working with sensitive data in compliance with data privacy and security standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive web applications and servicesBuild and support RESTful APIs and integrations across platformsCollaborate with BAs, PMs, and developers to manage requests and deliverablesProduce technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and specificationsParticipate in code reviews, demos, and team knowledge-sharingEnsure solutions align with data privacy, security, and compliance requirementsStay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriateRequired Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field7+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft technologiesExpertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 5+, Entity FrameworkStrong RESTful API development and integration skillsExperience applying data privacy best practices (e.g., encryption, secure coding, GDPR/CCPA considerations)Solid understanding of architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM, MVM)Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving mindsetExcellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearlyExperience creating architectural diagrams (UML, BPMN)Preferred QualificationsSQL Server and NoSQL (Cosmos DB)JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, Bootstrap, Foundation)Microservices architectureCI/CD tools (GitHub, TFS, Azure DevOps)CMS/Commerce platforms (Episerver preferred)Microsoft DynamicsTest-Driven Development (TDD)Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
