Renewal Specialist

We’re seeking a Customer Success Renewal Specialist to join our growing team!Lightspeed Systems has developed solutions that help K–12 IT departments keep technology safe, secure, and easy to manage. As our Renewal Specialist, you will manage ongoing customer relationships with a focus on renewals, account updates, and licensing changes. Your work will directly support our annual retention goals while ensuring schools receive consistent, high-quality service.ABOUT THE ROLEThe following are the essential functions of the position. This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary.Manage resellers and clients within an assigned accountManage the renewal lifecycle, from quoting, internal approvals, through to ensuring the order is processed correctlyAssist with opportunity management and opportunity correctionsProactively reach out to customers a minimum of 90 days prior to renewal dateResolve issues related to order processing, and license expirations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM such as customer licensing, contact details, forecasting, correct pricing, and special agreements.Assist clients with requests related to licensing, renewal maintenance, and invoicing.Follow defined mitigation processes working collaboratively across the organization to retain businessFoster relationships with your client basePerform additional duties and projects as assigned ABOUT YOUThe following knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and key behaviors are preferred or required to perform this job.1-2 years client service experience; Four-year degree and account management experience preferredPleasant disposition with a client service focusAbility to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environmentExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, and reliableAbility to quickly establish rapport and build relationshipsExceptionally strong communication skills. You must possess the ability to communicate well both internally and externallyAbility to read situations and people and react accordinglyProven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in a timely mannerProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Salesforce preferredExperience in SaaS industry preferredExpected comp for this position is 60-65k.
