Placement Type:N/ASalary:$45-60 HourlyStart Date:May 11, 2026Lead Visual Storyteller (Video, Photo & Content Creation)We're looking for a hands-on visual storyteller who can concept, create, and execute content end-to-end-not just lead it.This role sits within the Communications and PR team and is responsible for bringing Niagara's business, people, and impact to life through video, photography, and visual storytelling across digital, social, and executive channels.If you're someone who can take a loose idea, shape the story, and physically create the content yourself-this role is for you.What You'll DoOwn the full creative process: concepting, scripting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and final delivery across video, photography, and presentationsCreate compelling, high-quality content for social, internal communications, executive storytelling, and brand momentsTranslate business objectives into clear, engaging visual stories-independently and quicklyProduce video content end-to-end (directing, filming, editing) across a variety of environments-from corporate settings to active operational sitesDevelop executive-level presentations and decks that combine strong narrative thinking with high-quality visual designCapture and produce original photography (concept, shoot, edit) for use across channelsStay plugged into cultural and creative trends, especially across social and digital platforms, and apply them in a way that feels relevant and modernPartner cross-functionally, but remain personally accountable for creating the work, not just directing others What We're Looking For~5-10 years of experience in content creation, visual storytelling, or creative roles (agency or in-house)Strong background in hands-on creative work-not just oversight (portfolio required)Demonstrated ability to personally create content end-to-end:Video (scripting, shooting, editing)Visual storytelling / concept developmentPresentation design (PowerPoint / Keynote)Photography (shooting + editing)Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and presentation toolsStrong instinct for what works creatively and culturally, especially across social platformsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment What Success Looks LikeYou don't wait for perfect briefs-you shape the story yourselfYou're equally comfortable behind the camera, in the edit, or building a deckYour work is clear, engaging, and visually strong, not overly conceptual or abstractYou balance speed and quality, delivering content that performs
