The individual must work well within a team, have a sound work ethic, be self-motivated, flexible and really enjoy engaging with patients. Duties will include taking I-Tero scans, patient education and comfort, computer charting, digital x-rays, digital print models, working with CBCT and digital x-rays and assisting the doctor chair-side with restorative, oral surgery, tongue tie and Tmj treatment. We are looking for our team mate that is in alignment with our culture of problems solvers, success driven, enjoy educating patients, have a strong work ethic, and are looking expand their career with positive rewards.Some duties include, but not limited to:Educate the patients on specialty dental care we offerAssist in patient care including assisting in restorative, oral surgery, and TMJ treatment, and taking full records to include CBCT and photos and 3-D scans Itero, use of camera for proceduresMaintain patients' charts and doctor notes accuratelyTrack lab cases and 3 d print models as neededKeep room stocked and organized as well as clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment and suppliesAssist in Doctor with duties as neededEstablish a trusting rapport with patients, ensuring that the Ultimate Patient Experience is delivered to every patientWhat You'll NeedHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredSome dental industry experience minimum 3 yearsTexas Registered Dental Assistant Certification/ LicenseTexas Radiography CertificationCPR certification requiredPrior RDA experience preferredVersed in Dentrix is preferredOutstanding positive attitude and demeanorStrong interpersonal and relationship building skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and work in a fast paced environmentApply today!
