PTA - Physical Therapy AssistantMLR is partnering with a local health system to fill a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) position for a full-time, permanent role in Arkansas.Key Responsibilities:Assist Physical Therapists in delivering therapy treatments, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education.Monitor patient progress and provide updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.Implement treatment plans as directed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.Accurately document patient care in compliance with state and facility regulations.Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and proper body mechanics to continue at home.Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care and support improved patient outcomes.Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Qualifications:Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.Valid Arkansas state license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.Benefits:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday pay.401(k) retirement plan.
