This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned litigator to take on high-stakes cases and make a meaningful impact within a collaborative and high-performing team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, and bad faith claimsDrive case strategy and manage all aspects of litigation from inception through resolutionOversee depositions, mediations, and trials as lead counselCollaborate with a team of attorneys and support professionalsSupport business development and client relationship effortsBase Salary: $150,000 – $190,000 + percentage of attorney feesRetirement: 401(k) with employer matchHealthcare: Employer-covered medical, dental, and vision (no premiums)Time Off: Generous PTORequirementsFirst-chair trials in personal injury litigationDemonstrated success with high-stakes personal injury mattersStrong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a teampply NowOur client is actively interviewing for this position.
