Sr. MEP Project Manager -- Data Center

Our people work in and support the technology environments of some of the world’s largest and most well-known brands.SENIOR PROJECT MANAGERS TYPICALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversees on-site project activities, attending regular and ad hoc meetings as neededServes as the main contact for the client, design team, consultants, trade partners, and construction team across all MEP disciplinesCoordinates with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, real estate developers, and building operatorsDevelops and manages comprehensive project schedules covering all phases from engineering to closeoutUses document management systems to track MEP scope and costs for the clientHandles CM and subcontractor change order submissions and project communications using tracking logs and collaboration toolsAddresses field issues promptly and ensures responses from responsible partiesMonitors and redirects RFIs to ensure timely resolution of open issuesSupports design teams with DOB PAA filing schedules and related documentationConducts site walks, documents deficiencies, and issues corrective action reportsAssists with commissioning schedules, equipment delivery coordination, and punch list management as neededDemonstrates advanced MEP design knowledge, reviews project documentation efficiently, and coordinates design documents among tradesTHE IDEAL PERSON FOR THIS ROLE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE SUCH AS:BS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management required; MS in Engineering preferredMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in project engineering, construction management, cost control, or related fieldsExpert knowledge of MEP systems and design practicesExperience in commercial office, hospital, higher education, residential tower, or multi-use high-rise construction sectorsStrong skills in contract and subcontractor estimating reviewProficiency in building codes, local laws, energy codes, and issue resolution with DOB and utility standardsMinimum OSHA 30-hour certification required or obtainable upon hiringAbility to travel domestically and/or internationally as neededADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS ROLE:Pay: Up to $200,000Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
