Lead Infrastructure Services

We are looking for a Lead Infrastructure Services professional with 4+ years of experience in Data Center operations and infrastructure support. The role involves managing server, network, and storage environments with strong troubleshooting, deployment, and lifecycle management capabilities.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end support for Data Center infrastructure operations.Manage installation, deployment, migration, and decommissioning of hardware.Handle server, network, and storage provisioning, including racking and coordination with vendors and onsite teams.Perform troubleshooting of hardware and Windows Server OS issues.Support and maintain networking devices and related infrastructure components.Manage KVM-based remote access systems for server administration.Ensure proper documentation of infrastructure changes, configurations, and operational procedures.Coordinate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure deployments and upgrades.Support Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices in Windows-based environments.Required Skills & Experience4+ years of experience in Data Center / Infrastructure SupportStrong knowledge of networking concepts and devicesHands-on experience in Windows Server AdministrationExperience in server, network, and storage deploymentsStrong troubleshooting skills (hardware and OS-level issues)Experience in hardware lifecycle management (migration, deployment, decommissioning)Exposure to KVM-based remote access systemsGood documentation and communication skillsPreferred SkillsExposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practicesExperience in Windows-based infrastructure environments
