Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Treatment Specialist to provide remote hearing healthcare services for Earlens hearing devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting hearing assessments, consultations, and making recommendations through a telemedicine format.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct hearing assessments/ diagnostics using remote tech and interpret results for practice/patient.Provide remote counseling/ support to patients regarding hearing loss & the Virsono solutions available.Recommend, sell and fit appropriate Earlens solutions & air conduction systems for patients.Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records in the electronic medical record system.Assist with scheduling of all activities, work with local and national resources to support.Provide excellent patient care, proactive customer service while minimizing returns.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and referral sources as needed.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in hearing technology and telehealth technology.Meet productivity and quality standards as set by the clinic.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Audiology, Hearing Science, or related fieldCA state license to practice as a Hearing Instrument SpecialistMinimum of 2 years of experience in hearing instrument fitting and dispensingExperience with telehealth technology and remote patient care is preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliancePhysical DemandsMust be able to sit and stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to use a computer and telehealth technologyWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified individuals.
