Concierge Manager

Wage: $24 - $28 per hour
Schedule: Sunday - Tuesday7:30am - 5pm, Wednesday 9am - 5pm
A Day in the Life:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the concierge desk, including staffing, scheduling, and training new staff, and collaborating with security teams to promote a positive environment for residents
Provide every resident, guest, and employee with a superior customer experience, regularly coaching concierge staff to ensure a consistent level of service is maintained
Respond to residents inquiries in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone, working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience
Coordinate reservations and orders on behalf of residents for all Chateau amenities, including the restaurants, fitness facilities, daily community activities, transportation services, and more
Receive and safely maintain package deliveries, distributing parcels and mail as needed
Provide accounting and administrative support to the Life Enrichment department as needed, including but not limited to bookkeeping, records keeping, and procuring supplies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident files including medical notes, emergency face sheets, immunization records, and parking and pet information
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Previous experience working with the elderly preferred
Supervisory experience is required
Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to read, write and speak English
Ability to Pass a Department of Social and Health Services background check (some negative actions can be acceptable)
