We pride ourselves on having supportive leadership, a family atmosphere, and a high performing culture - ask our employees - they have agreed that we are a Top Workplace since 2013.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Establish financial accuracy, predictability, and discipline at scaleImprove forecasting reliability and cash visibilityModernize finance systems and processes (ERP transition)Build and lead a high performing finance teamEnable faster, better executive decision makingEnsure audit readiness and strong internal controlsFinancial Leadership & Operations:Own the end-to-end finance function including accounting, FP&A, cash management, and financial reportingLead monthly close, financial statements, and management reporting with speed and accuracyEnsure GAAP compliance and strong internal controlsPartner with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial consultantsForecasting, Planning & Insight:Lead budgeting, reforecasting, and long-range financial planningDeliver actionable financial insights, scenario modeling, and ROI analysisImprove forecast accuracy and reduce variance through disciplined planningTranslate financial data into clear executive level recommendationsCash, Liquidity & Risk Management:Own cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and runway planningIdentify financial risks early and implement mitigation strategiesEstablish disciplined spend management and approval frameworksSystems, Process & Scalability:Lead ERP selection, implementation, and optimization effort.Implement and improve automated systems and processes.Standardize financial processes to support growthEnsure clean data flows across finance, HR, and operationsExecutive Partnership:Act as a trusted thought partner to the CEO and Senior leadership teamProvide financial context for strategic initiatives, pricing, and investmentsSupport board level reporting and executive presentationsSupervisory Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development:Build, mentor, and lead the finance organization (Controller, FP&A, Corporate Accounting and Operational Accounting)Establish clear ownership, accountability, and performance standards for the departmentDevelop future leaders and create succession depth within the departmentFoster a culture of accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvementCompetencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:1015+ years of progressive finance experienceProven experience leading finance in a growth stage company (ideally 100500 employees)Hands on experience building finance functions-not just inheriting themLed or played a key role in at least one ERP implementation or major systems transformationBackground in operational finance, FP&A, and accounting leadershipStrong operator mindset with comfort in the detailsDeep understanding of forecasting, cash management, and unit economicsAbility to translate complex financial data into clear business insightsSystems oriented thinker who reduces manual work and increases scalabilityStrong leadership, coaching, and team building skillsExecutive presence with a collaborative, pragmatic styleLeadership Style:Builder, not bureaucratAccountable, disciplined, and data drivenComfortable making decisions with imperfect informationTrusted partner who challenges constructively and supports decisivelyWhat Success Looks Like:Forecasts are reliable, timely, and trusted by leadershipFinancial close is fast, accurate, and repeatableCash visibility is clear and proactiveFinance systems scale cleanly with growthIf you are unable to complete an application for Vice President of Finance position due to a disability, contact Human Resources by calling 800-560-3539 to ask for an accommodation or an alternative application process.All qualified applicants for the Vice President of Finance position will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender.
