Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Join a boutique therapy team committed to supporting clinicians with transparency, exceptional support, and a healthy work-life balance.This role offers a 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) with a low caseload of 30 students (PreK–12) for focused, quality therapy.Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and presenting IEPs, providing direct therapy, and collaborating with educators and families.Qualifications: Active Colorado SLP and CDE licenses, Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology; school-based experience preferred but not required.Pay ranges from $50.00 to $55.00/hour, with benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and more.This is an in-person position with a contract from August 2026 to June 2027.
