Senior Event Sales Coordinator Tenn Pin Alley – Columbia, TN. Tenn Pin Alley is looking for a driven, guest first Senior Event Sales Coordinator to lead our Events Department and elevate guest experience across all events. What You’ll Do Lead Sales Growth · Drive year over year group event sales growth · Prospect aggressively through sales calls, cold calls, email outreach, and community networking · Qualify leads and convert opportunities into booked events · Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets · Develop best practices for sales planning and execution with the leadership team Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences · Serve as the primary point of contact for all Group Event bookings · Confirm event details, upsell enhancements, and ensure flawless execution · Maintain a friendly, upbeat and professional presence with guests and team members · Oversee event staffing, setup, timelines and day of coordination Lead & Develop the Events Team · Provide supervisory guidance to the Event Coordinator, Event Facilitator and Event Hostesses · Assist in hiring, training, and performance management · Uphold standards for professionalism, appearance, punctuality, and guest service Operational & Reporting Excellence · Maintain accurate CRM tracking of customer interactions · Produce weekly and monthly reports for the General Manager, including sales performance and event feedback · Participate in weekly leadership meetings and share updates on upcoming events and completed events · Oversee cleanliness of private and semi-private event spaces · Monitor event inventory and manage supply ordering What You Bring · A passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences · Strong communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor · Ability to stay calm and effective during high volume or high-pressure moments · Proven experience in sales, events coordination, and hospitality leadership · A self-starter mindset with the drive to exceed goals and grow revenue · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail What We Offer · Base Salary: $41,000 - $46,000 · Quarterly Commission Plan tied to sales target achievement · Benefits Package Participation: Health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance · Mileage Reimbursement for work related travel · Free Attractions: bowling, laser tag, bumper cars, mini golf, Go-Kart · Food & Beverage Perks: discounts + free soft drinks during shifts · Free League Lineage for active Tenn Pin Alley league bowlers Why Tenn Pin Alley?
