This role combines hands-on campaign execution with data-driven decision-making and marketing technology expertise. The ideal candidate is comfortable building campaigns in ad platforms and automation tools, analyzing performance metrics, and continuously improving conversion outcomes across the funnel.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, webinars, and content syndicationBuild, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, and other B2B/B2C channelsCreate audience segmentation strategies, retargeting campaigns, and nurture flows to improve lead quality and conversion ratesCoordinate landing page creation, A/B testing, form optimization, and campaign tracking implementationCollaborate with content, sales, and product teams to align messaging and campaign goalsMarketing Technology & AutomationManage and optimize marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce integrationsConfigure tracking systems including UTM structures, pixels, conversion events, and attribution modelsEnsure accurate lead routing, scoring, and CRM data hygieneSupport integrations between advertising platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systemsData Analysis & ReportingMonitor campaign performance and analyze KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and conversion ratesBuild dashboards and reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or TableauIdentify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities through data analysisPresent campaign performance findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholdersRequirements2-5+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketingHands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple channelsStrong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systemsExperience with campaign tracking, attribution, and analyticsProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysisAbility to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendationsStrong communication, project management, and organizational skillsBenefitsCompetitive base compensation plus bonus opportunityFull Benefits available including Medical, Dental and Vision effective on the first day of employment401(k) with Employer Match (quarterly enrollment)Paid Holidays (no waiting period to receive holiday pay)Paid vacation, personal, and sick days effective on first day of employmentAll offers are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screening No company visa sponsorships
