Head of Design
BettingJobs is working with a fast-growing iGaming operator looking to hire a Head of Design to lead and elevate their creative function across multiple brands and platforms.This is a senior leadership role for someone with a strong background in brand, graphic, and digital design within iGaming, betting, gaming, or entertainment-led brands.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the overall creative vision and brand identity across all channelsOversee all creative output across web, mobile, CRM, social, campaigns, VIP, and acquisition channelsLead and mentor a team of designers and creativesCollaborate closely with product, marketing, CRM, and development teams to deliver engaging player experiencesDrive creative innovation across promotions, gamification, loyalty, and retention initiativesUse performance and player behaviour data to optimise creative and conversion journeysBenchmark against leading iGaming and entertainment brands to continuously raise creative standardsRequirementsProven experience as a Head of Design, Creative Director, Head of Brand Design, or similar senior creative role within iGaming or bettingStrong portfolio demonstrating brand design, digital campaigns, UI/visual design, and performance-focused creativeStrong understanding of player psychology, acquisition and retention creative, loyalty systems, and gamificationExperience managing creative/design teams in fast-paced environmentsExperience within sweepstakes casinos, sportsbook, or crypto casino brands is highly desirableFamiliarity with crypto/Web3 ecosystems is a plusStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
