$100,000.00 Sign on Bonus for external candidates Optum NV is seeking a Family Practice Physician to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. Responsibilities Work with other physicians in teams while managing your own panel of patients Monday‑Friday. Serve an adult panel of all ages, including geriatrics and older adolescents, and provide compassionate, effective patient care with support for a system‑based practice. Benefits Base salary range $226,000 – $366,000 annually. Sign‑on bonus of $100,000. Bonus plan and equity stock options. Comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance. STD/LTD, professional liability insurance. Matching 401(k) and retirement contributions. Relocation costs and 160 hours PTO. One week paid CME with $4,500 allowance. Nine paid holidays. Qualifications Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency trained; board certified or board eligible. Ability to obtain Nevada license, DEA, Pharmacy license. Strong medical knowledge and application to patient care. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records.
