Litigation Paralegal

Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PMOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support a busy legal team handling both civil litigation and corporate/transactional matters. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to a wide variety of legal work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage litigation matters from intake through trial (pleadings, discovery, scheduling, case tracking) Handle court filings in Texas state and federal courts (including PACER/CM/ECF) Support corporate/transactional work (contracts, entity formation, due diligence, closing docs) Communicate with clients, attorneys, courts, and third parties Maintain organized case files and track critical deadlines Provide general legal and administrative support as needed Qualifications3+ years of paralegal experience (litigation required; corporate exposure a plus) Hands-on experience with court filings in Texas (state and/or federal) Familiarity with PACER / CM-ECF strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software systems Bilingual Spanish is a plus
