These positions will be focused primarily within the clinical environment with the possibility of also teaching simulation. This position requires excellence in teaching pre-licensure clinical skills, practicum and theory courses in foundational and medical surgical nursing practice. This includes but is not limited to teaching and providing service to the College, academic community, and nursing profession.Duties and ResponsibilitiesClinical and didactic theory instruction in the Master’s of Science in Nursing Direct Entrynursing program, Pleasant Prairie site. A commitment to continued development of excellence in teaching and service. Clinical instruction will take place in southeastern Wisconsin and northeastern Illinois.Required Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesMasters Degree.Preferred Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesPhD or DNP or equivalent(preferred) eligibility for Wisconsin and Illinois licensure, certification in nursingeducation, and commitment to online graduate teaching. Demonstrated potential forteaching excellence and service.
