Our client, a premier law firm, is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join their team.You will play an integral part in the administration of complex estates and trusts, managing all aspects of the process from initial intake to final distribution.Varied responsibilities, including, preparing estate, gift, and income tax returns, assembling detailed accountings, drafting petitions, waivers, and other court submissions, managing electronic filings, coordinating directly with clients, courts, and financial institutions.The ideal candidate brings trusts and estates experience.
