This is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable running excavators, skid steers (Bobcats), and other construction equipment while helping crews complete safe, efficient work in the field.You'll be a key person on-site — operating machinery, managing daily job tasks, and ensuring every project meets quality and safety standards.What You'll Get To DoOperate excavators, skid steers/Bobcats , and related heavy equipment safely and efficientlyLead and work alongside a 2–3 person field crewPerform excavation and site prep for foundation repair projectsAssist with installation and repair work as neededMaintain productivity, quality, and safety standards on every jobWhat You BringYou've been in construction long enough to be confident in your judgment and can work through problems independently.Good enough is not good enough.
