Key Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and automation issues in production equipment.
Modify and update PLC/HMI programs for repairs and process improvements.
Work with maintenance and production teams to identify and fix root causes of downtime.
Maintain and update controls documentation, wiring diagrams, and backups .
Support integration and setup of new equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and implement automation improvements.
Ensure safety compliance in all control system activities.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s in Electrical, Controls, or Automation Engineering .
2–5 years of experience in controls or automation engineering.
Proficient in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI development (FactoryTalk, WinCC, or similar).
Strong understanding of electrical control systems and schematics .
Hands‑on troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment.
