Job Title: Logistics AnalystLocation (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Irving, TX (onsite)Contract Duration: Contract until 12/31/2026Work Hours: 10:00am - 6:30pmTotal Hours: 40 DESCRIPTION:Position Summary:The Logistics Analyst is responsible for managing warehouse inventory, material movement, and internal transfers to support production operations. This role ensures accurate tracking of goods received, shipped, and stored, while maintaining compliance with company procedures and quality standards. The position requires strong analytical skills to monitor inventory levels, investigate discrepancies, and support supply chain operations.Duties / Responsibilities:Manage material movement within the warehouse and internal transfers with accuracy and timelinessTrack receiving discrepancies, shipping activities, and internal material movementsProcess Return Material Authorizations (RMA) and material destruction orders (MDO)Investigate inventory discrepancies, including job variances and negative inventoryPerform stock sweeps and assist with physical cycle countsSupport month-end financial close activitiesMaintain departmental metrics and generate reports as requiredUtilize warehouse/material management systems to track and analyze inventory dataResearch historical inventory data and provide insights for business needsEnsure proper preparation and maintenance of documentationHandle and manage dangerous goods in compliance with safety standardsFollow Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies and report incidents or risksParticipate in required training programs and maintain compliance with SOPs and Quality SystemsWear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety proceduresPerform additional duties as assignedWork Environment / Physical Requirements:Prolonged sitting, standing, and walking (2+ hours at a time)Frequent keyboard use (≥50% of the workday)Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20+ pounds regularlyWork in a warehouse environment\nCompany DescriptionTechLink Systems is a national provider of staffing services with offices all over the USA as well as development and support centers globally.
