Job DescriptionJob Title: Fleet Maintenance Technician CLocation: White Cloud, MichiganEmployment Type: Full-TimeReports To: Maintenance SupervisorJob SummaryWe are seeking a dependable Fleet Maintenance Technician C to assist with routine service and basic repairs on our fleet. This is an entry to mid-level position focused on preventative maintenance, inspections, and keeping equipment in good working condition. This role is essential for keeping our operations running efficiently and safely.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance on fleet equipment (oil changes, filters, fluid checks, greasing, etc.)Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issuesComplete basic repairs and assist senior mechanics as neededMaintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and work areasCollaborate with the maintenance manager to schedule and prioritize maintenance needs.Accurately document maintenance and inspection recordsFollow all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment for all employees.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentExperience with preventative maintenance programs and procedures on equipment or vehiclesBasic mechanical knowledge (diesel and gas engines preferred)Ability to follow instructions and work independently when neededWillingness to learn and grow within the companyPhysical ability to perform some heavy lifting, bending, and other physically demanding tasksValid driver's license (CDL not required, but a plus)Strong work ethic and reliability Requirements Strong work ethic and reliabilityPositive contribution to the teamSafe work record including being able to identify hazards.Continuous improvementDriving any/all company vehicles safely and following all governing laws.Primary Shop Based work, Occasional work in varying weather conditions Pre-Employment Requirements Upon offer, employees may be required to subject and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background and/or MVR check.Benefits Competitive pay based on experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holiday payOpportunities for career advancement Apply today to be part of a dedicated team in the tree-cutting industry, ensuring that our fleet remains safe, reliable, and efficient!
