Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote repeat business Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Develop new beverage recipes and recommend drink pairings to elevate guest satisfaction Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operation Collaborate with the bar management team to execute special events, catering orders, or banquet services efficiently Qualifications Proven experience working as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume hospitality settings; cocktail experience is essential Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, brewing processes, and food industry standards Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders simultaneously Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol service regulations Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts; prior experience in bar management or catering is a plus Previous banquet or food service experience preferred; retail math skills are advantageous Join us in creating lively atmospheres where guests feel welcomed and valued!
