Our platform serves as the catalyst for this transformation, turning data into progress and unlocking the full potential of both teams and client outcomes.Job Summary:We are seeking a Staff/Tech Lead-level Full-Time Full Stack Software Engineer to become a core, leading member of the team. You’ll help us define the future of our architecture and collaborate closely with Engineering and Product leadership to build a The ideal candidate will have experience in front end development, Vue.js, React, and TypeScript, along with proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for back-end systems. A solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IAC) and AWS Cloud services is essential, as is a proven track record in both front-end and back-end development. A successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop and deliver end-to-end features across the stack — from responsive UIs in to scalable backend services in AWS.Build and maintain APIs and backend microservices deployed in cloud environments (AWS and GCP), ensuring reliability, performance, and security.Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices in modern software development, including automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.Write optimized SQL queries to support application functionality, reporting, ETL and analytics needs.Participate in regular code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).Collaborate closely with DevOps/Cloud Engineering to ensure smooth deployments, infrastructure as code, and high system availability.Proactively identify areas of improvement in the codebase and contribute to technical roadmaps and refactoring initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation by writing tests and frameworks.Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.7+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.Proficiency in front-end technologies: Vue.JS, React, TypeScriptProficiency in writing tests using frameworks and tools e.g: PostmanStrong back-end development skills in Vue.jsHands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience refining requirements UX, frontend, and backend with Product team and ArchitectsExcellent communication and teamwork skills.Regulatory & Compliance Expectations:Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, including DHCS, DSS, and Joint Commission standards.Follow company policies on safety, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.Participate in audits, training, and continuous quality improvement efforts.Benefits:Benefits Eligible :Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance401(k) Up to 6% MatchLife InsurancePaid Time OffCA Paid Sick Leave
