As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating automatic packing equipment, performing quality inspections, and supporting continuous production. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Operate automatic packing machines to ensure continuous line production Conduct quality checks on products and equipment Apply identification labels to each carton accurately Document case counts, rework, control points, and quality checks Perform minor adjustments and repairs to equipment as needed Provide guidance and training to Utility Technicians in the area Maintain a safe and clean work area Qualifications and Requirements:Fluent in English, both written and verbal Must successfully complete equipment training Basic math skills (addition and subtraction without a calculator) High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to lift, reach, and stand as required for job duties Your New Organization: A family-owned company that is a leading North American coffee and tea producer, supplying retailers, foodservice providers, and hospitality businesses.
