CT Tech Location: Martinsburg, WV Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,986 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: CT Technologist (Computed Tomography) Specialty: CT (Computed Tomography) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM Experience: Minimum 2 years License: WV License Required Certifications: BLS (AHA), Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT) Verification Must-Have: ARRT Certification is required (CT preferred). Candidates must be able to start IVs. Radiation badge is required to be provided by the agency. Description: All imaging is performed for both adults and pediatrics, except interventional radiology, which only serves adults. The work environment includes a radiology department with in-house radiologists available from 7 AM to 7 PM, with on-call coverage from 7 PM to 7 AM. Travelers will not be required to work weekends or holidays. All technologists are required to wear black scrubs. The common types of imaging and studies performed include various CT examinations. There are two CT techs assigned to inpatient care and one for outpatient services. The general orientation process may vary depending on the modality and can last up to two weeks. Any background checks must be disclosed at the time of submission. Candidates must submit an unexpired copy of their driver's license with their application.
