Assembler B First Shift Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm $18.35 per hour Job Summary Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Assembler! Duties Assemble components and sub-assemblies accurately using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line techniques Assemble compressed air and vacuum systems. More physical requirements, Must be mechanically inclined Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure precise assembly of products Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects or inconsistencies Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency on the factory floor Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve workflow processes Assist in inventory management by stocking parts and supplies needed for assembly tasks Skills Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment effectively Familiarity with assembly line processes and manufacturing best practices Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts This role is designed for motivated individuals eager to contribute their skills in a vibrant production setting.
