Microservices Developer

Development Charlotte, NC, USA Responsibilities and Duties: Experience developing complex applications using Java 8, Spring Boot, Oracle/Mongo DB and Cloud using CI/CD Deep understanding of a micro services architecture, including professional experience in the design, build, and operations of micro services in a production environment Experience designing REST APIs and implementing RESTful web services Understanding of SOAP web services Willing to work with the team and other developers across the company to continuously improve our approach to development Have strong critical thinking skills. Excellent communication skills - the ability to liaise with and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of web development experience; including programming and developing web applications 3+ years of Java experience 2+ years in Microservices development with Springboot 1+ year of Agile experience 2+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services Test Driven Development (TDD). Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Knowledge and understanding of Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
