We're hiring a Store Clerk/Cashier for a busy convenience store in Clay Center. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and staying active throughout the workday. What You'll DoGreet and assist customers with purchases Operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately Stock shelves and merchandise products Load and unload products as needed Change beverage syrup bibs and maintain dispensing equipment Count inventory and assist with inventory management Clean and maintain store areas including restrooms, floors and beverage stations Perform housekeeping duties both inside and outside the store Keep the store clean, organized and customer-ready What We're Looking ForPositive attitude and strong customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable standing for extended periods, bending and moving throughout the shift Cash handling experience is helpful but not required ScheduleShifts between 7:00 AM-3:00 PM and 2:00 PM-10:00 PM Every other weekend required Benefits Upon HireHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401(k) Lifetime Retirement Benefit Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program And more!
