OverviewWe’re hiring a Production Assistant with real Audio Visual experience who can step in and execute immediately.This is not an entry-level role. You need to understand AV systems, quoting, and logistics without hand-holding. You’ll be supporting fast-moving, high-value projects—accuracy, speed, and ownership are required.What You’ll DoQuoting & EstimatingBuild and assist in AV quotes with minimal oversightTranslate scopes, drawings, and client needs into accurate estimatesPrice LED walls, processors, rigging, audio, and support gearWork vendors fast to lock pricing and availabilityAV Technical Execution SupportUnderstand pixel pitch, screen sizing, and resolution planningSupport system configurations (LED, video, basic audio)Ensure gear selections match real-world deployment needsOperations & LogisticsCoordinate gear, labor, and timelines across multiple projectsManage equipment flow (warehouse → site → return)Anticipate logistical issues before they hitSupport load-in/out planning and crew coordinationCommunicationAct as a central point between sales, PMs, vendors, and field crewsKeep projects moving—no delays, no confusionFinancial TrackingUse QuickBooks for estimates, job costing, and invoicing supportTrack margins and flag cost overruns earlyRequirementsProven experience in Audio Visual (events, staging, or integration)Strong knowledge of:LED walls (pixel pitch, resolution, scaling)AV signal flowEquipment and staging logisticsHands-on quoting and estimating experienceQuickBooks proficiencyAbility to operate in a fast-paced, high-output environmentStrong communication + decision-making skills This is a mid-level role for someone who can contribute to our growing team. You should already have strong AV experience.We will train you on our internal systems and workflows. Compensation is based on your experience.
