This role ensures efficient scheduling, accurate documentation, and clear communication between customers, technicians, and the operations team.Core Responsibilities Create and enter service calls in the service management system. Dispatch and schedule technicians based on priority, location, and skillset. Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with service requests. Communicate job details and updates to technicians throughout the day. Update customer portals with service notes, technician updates, and job completion status. Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules as needed. Maintain accurate service documentation and records. Coordinate follow-up visits and return service calls when necessary.Key Skills Strong communication and customer service Organization and multitasking Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast‑paced service environment Basic computer( Microsoft office) and service software proficiencyPreferred work shift is Saturday - Wednesday 7 AM - 3:30 PM or Wednesday - Sunday 7 AM - 3:30 PM.
