It's fun to work at a company where people truly believe in what they are doing!Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic, customer centric individual to join our small team at one of our prestigious law firm clients. As an Office Services Associate, you are part of a team that provides various administrative support to our client which will include; copy, printing, scanning, mail, hospitality, facilities and receptionist services. Parking is free at this location.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesMail Services includes metering, sorting, scanning and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule, handling mail sweeps and deliveries.Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructions.Reception includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Providing a warm and welcoming environment.Hospitality Services includes upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspect and ensure that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organize and distribute client kitchen supplies. Restocking snacks and drinks. Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed.Floor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenanceFacilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns. Cleaning and maintaining visitor offices.Shift is Monday through Friday 9-6 - there will be occasional overtime (2-3x a month) where assistance is needed for evening events. Flexibility is important as there will be occasions that you will be asked to work 7-4 when supervisor on vacation.Qualifications & RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years work experience in a customer services fieldAbility to multitask with attention to detailAbility to resolve issues with professionalism and tactAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of timeMust have great written and verbal communication skills.Comfort with technology is a plus. Learning new software, printing from Word, PowerPoint, Adobe and Excel.Schedule flexibilityPreferred Shift: First shift -9-6pmThe Compensation range for this role is 21.25 to 25.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
