We have an established and growing global customer base and we work with our partners to maximize the potential and reach of Jellycat throughout, sharing joy as we go!As we continue to grow throughout North America, we continue to develop and improve the presence and awareness of our brand.As the Office Manager, you will play a central leadership role in creating a seamless, well-functioning, and engaging workplace environment in our Minneapolis office while providing oversight across North America. This role is responsible for leading office operations, enhancing employee experience, and managing a small team, including the Minneapolis Office Coordinator and the New York Office Manager.You will ensure consistency in workplace standards, operational excellence, and employee experience across locations, while acting as a key partner to leadership and cross-functional teams.This role is onsite 5 days a week.You'll be:Leadership and Team ManagementDirectly managing and developing the Minneapolis Office Coordinator and New York Office ManagerProviding coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing development supportEstablishing clear priorities, workflows, and service standards across locationsDriving consistency in office operations, policies, and employee experience across officesPartnering with HR on performance management, hiring, and team development initiativesOffice Operations & FacilitiesOverseeing daily office operations to maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming environmentLeading vendor management, facilities coordination, and office services across locationsMaintaining office supplies, inventory, and purchasing to ensure a fully functional workspaceCoordinating office maintenance, repairs, and workspace standardsManaging office budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost efficienciesServing as the primary point of contact for all office-related inquiries and supportPartnering with internal and global teams to ensure alignment across officesBuilding strong cross-functional relationships to support effective communication across the businessEnsuring appropriate delegation of administrative and front-of-house responsibilities to the Office CoordinatorImproving and overseeing office systems, processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and communication across locationsWorkplace Experience & CultureLeading strategy and execution of employee engagement initiatives, events, and in-office experiencesCoordinating catering, celebrations, and in-office experiences that reflect company cultureSupporting onboarding logistics to ensure a smooth and welcoming first-day experienceHelping foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative office environment aligned with company valuesEnsuring a consistent, high-quality employee and visitor experience aligned with Jellycat brand standardsHealth, Safety & ComplianceOverseeing health & safety programs, compliance processes, and workplace standards across locationsPartnering cross-functionally to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained workplaceEnsuring documentation, training, and protocols are maintained and up to dateCoordination & Administration SupportCoordinating internal meetings, events, and large group logistics as neededSupporting cross-functional collaboration by managing schedules, logistics, and communicationsLeading or supporting special projects and operational initiatives to support business prioritiesHandling general administrative tasks and office communicationsActing as the primary escalation point for office-related issuesYou'll have:5+ years of experience in office management, or a related rolePrior people management experience (required)Experience overseeing multiple locations or distributed teams (strongly preferred)Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skillsExperience managing budgets, vendors, and facilitiesAbility to operate strategically while executing tacticallyHigh level of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, and judgmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset, and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to work independently and adapt to shifting prioritiesExperience supporting events, culture initiatives, and employee engagement programsStrong organizational and multitasking skills, particularly with changing priorities.A keen eye and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).A passion for delivering memorable experiences.Ideally First Aid trained/ general health & safety awareness.The good stuff:🎉 Bonus – Annual discretionary bonus tied to both company performance and personal contribution.🏥 Health Coverage – Medical (Blue Cross Blue Shield + generous Health Savings Account contribution), dental, vision, disability, and life insurance — most of it on us.💰 401k – We'll match every single dollar up to 5% of your salary.
